MyLoftLifestyle ships to the 48 contiguous states within the U.S only.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 5 business days (after clearance of payment). Please call or email us prior to checkout for most accurate rate on shipping. Shipping costs will vary depending on the product and it's destination. A handling fee of $30 U.S will be added to each freight item that requires shipments to be palletized. Shipping quotes are estimated based on dimensions and weight. If shipping is more than listed, you will be notified prior to processing your order.
WARRANTY/RETURNS......
Your products have been carefully examined and inspected at the time of manufacturing and warranted to be free of defects in workmanship at the time of shipment. This warranty is not valid if the product is misused, abused or has been tampered. All products have a 30 day warranty. For defective units or missing parts requests, please notify us within 15 days of delivery so that we may provide you with proper replacement materials. If you decide to return any products for the following reasons: Ie/ do not like product; non-defective item; non-approved refused orders, the product(s) must be returned within 30 days after receiving goods and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
